The Smart Design Villa
of the Future

Bogenhaus embodies exceptional safety and ecological sustainability in a unique, patented design, crafted for those who seek and appreciate the extraordinary.

The Igloo Principle

Cool in summer, warm in winter, and extremely low maintenance costs, thanks to special architecture and an air-source heat pump.

Future-Proof Living

Whether facing extreme storms, hail, torrential rains, or earthquakes, you'll always feel safe and secure in your Bogenhaus.

Built for Generations

Our architecture prioritizes longevity for decades to come, conserving resources, ecological benefits, and maintaining stable value.

The Green Villa with a Green Roof

A Bogenhaus integrates seamlessly with nature. The roof, covered with 50-70 centimeters of soil, not only creates a unique indoor feeling but also absorbs rainwater, easing the load on drainage systems during heavy rainfall.

Personalized Spatial Experience

An indescribable spatial experience with ceiling heights exceeding 4 meters will impress you anew each day. The innovative design allows for freely and individually placed interior walls that can be modified later. Whether barrier-free or prepared for aging in place, Bogenhaus enables seamless living on one level.

Impressive and Enviable

Those who have the opportunity to live in a design Bogenhaus can truly understand how enriching it can be.

Site Requirements

The ideal site for a Bogenhaus should cover at least 750m², with a minimum width of 30 meters and a length of at least 20 meters. Unshaded sunlight on the glass façade is essential to achieve energy efficiency through natural solar energy. The terrace with the glass façade should ideally face south. Partial orientation towards south-west or south-east is acceptable.

Construction Phases and Timeline

Frequently Asked Questions

01
What are the site requirements?

When selecting a site, it's crucial that the glass façade faces south (or SSW/SE). For building a Bogenhaus, you need a site with minimum dimensions of 30 x 20 meters. Additionally, the site must be accessible for heavy vehicles.

02
Which heating system is suitable for my Bogenhaus?

A ground source heat pump or an air source heat pump are the recommended heating systems for a Bogenhaus.

03
What future maintenance costs should be considered?

Maintenance costs are very manageable. No significant expenses are expected for the roof and the southern window façade. Depending on the construction (brick with plaster or timber frame with wooden cladding), the north façade may only require a new coat of paint at the owner's discretion. Especially since, unlike traditional roofs with tiles, no significant future costs are expected for things like re-roofing, the maintenance costs are considered very low.
